Outer side of the frame to have 25mm notch (provision for external safety door) SHUTTER:  Providing and fixing 55mm thk External grade, 2 hour fire rated, hot pressed solid core flush doors (Single leaf), core of block board construction with well matched laminate finish of approved pattern on both faces of shutters  bonded by phenolformaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to BWP grade as specified in IS:848 including providing and fixing 55x25mm thk Intumesent strip Lorient Ply 1504 and Ext.T/w.lipping. Single door with 2hr fire rating with necessary accessories as per manufactures recommended details.
